Website Accesibility
This website has been designed to exceed the minimum UK Government, World Wide Web Consortium and RNIB guidelines on website accessibility and incorporates features to ease the burden on those people who may suffer from many forms of disability. This page sets out the features used in this website.
Website "degredation"
This doesn't mean the website is falling apart at the seams! Actually, website degredation is the measure of how a website will display in older versions of web browsers that do not have many modern day gimmicks. This website has been carefully hand coded so that it will still be perfectly useable in a very old "text-only" browser. Certainly, the site will not look as pleasing to the eye in these old web browsers, but all the functionality and information contained in the site is maintained. The fact the website will "degrade", is also of great benefit to persons suffering visual disability who access the internet through the use of screen readers.
