In the US Canyon-Breeze ALLEGRO (Kilo x Bellwood), Canyon-Breeze AXIOM*cv (Convincer x Emory) and Paradise-DND SUEDE (Aaron x Manfred) are prime topranked examples. Each of these three “Triple-Crown” sires combines the Production, Type and Longevity to be strong candidates for Alta’s sire of son list – no small feat! Each achieves the distinction in a different way, but all are elite in their own right gaining on average +61 NM$ and +81 TPI points since February Now ranked at #4 on the official TPI™ list, Allegro is the prototype for CheeseMaker, delivering 133lbs of Combined Fat & Protein (CFP) with positive components, strong frames and impressive Productive Life (PL). With daughters now in second lactation, Allegro is not only well proven (122 daughters in 81 herds), his gains are made almost entirely on daughters improving with age. Developed from the same ultra popular family, Axiom is designated a CheeseMaker and a HealthPlus sire, and is essentially a rare triple +2.00 sire for Type, UDC and F&L. With the ConceptPlus and HealthPlus distinctions to his credit Suede is an industry leader for Feet and Legs and is exceedingly well balanced across the board. Canadian Trifecta
Three new Canadian graduates also make strong impressions. Regancrest MEDIATE (Tugolo x Formation) who debuts at #16 on the official Canadian LPI list is head and shoulders above the crowd on Feet and Legs. Developed from the famous Dellia family, Mediate is a Health trait specialist with impressive udders, low Somatic Cell Score (SCS), extreme Calving Ease (CE) all contributing to a high longevity prediction. Ranked at #29, Alta SHADY (Hershel x Rudolph) is the world’s first proven Hershel son. Developed from Alta’s nucleus testing program, Shady’s dam is a sister to Altagen Smarty and is another extreme component offering from this tremendous cow family. Markwell DESIRE (Emerson x Mattie G) is the third highly touted graduate. With impressive ratings for all frame traits, Desire has distinguished himself as the go-to bull for consistently and dramatically improving classification scores from coast to coast in Canada.,/p>

Triumvirate in Holland
Alta’s European sampling program has gained a reputation for consistently delivering leaders. In fact, the Dutch press has stated that Alta is reshaping the global image of Dutch breeding products. Today, in addition to the genetic giant De Crob DYNASTY*cv (Lucky Leo x Luke) - a fixture among the domestic leader board for their DPS ranking – three Type specialists carry their own unique distinction. LUCKY MIKE (Lucky Leo x Celsius) and the new Graduate Den Dogge LEMMER (Aaron x Elton) are the highest domestically developed bulls for Type.
